Adam has represented claimants in numerous Employment Tribunal proceedings. His work includes presenting evidence, questioning witnesses and making submissions in cases concerning workplace disputes and employment rights.

That practical experience informs his six-volume series: unfair dismissal, discrimination at work, redundancy, employment tribunals, settlement agreements, and grievances, disciplinary procedures and capability.

The Employment Tribunal volume is subtitled “From Acas to the final hearing: a practical guide to running your own case”. It helps readers understand the process and organise the preparation their own case requires.
